Every example is a real site you can open. Yours will use your services, your area and your branding rather than these. Not all of these were built at the published page price. Several needed more pages, more detail or work that does not fit a tier, and were quoted on a call. The prices below cover a straightforward build at that page count. Anything beyond it gets a fixed written price before we start, so you are never surprised by an invoice.

The build fee is one time. Hosting is $39 a month at every size, including custom builds, and covers keeping the site live, secure and edited when you need it. Pages can be added later at the same rate rather than rebuilding from scratch. Where a site needs more than the page count covers, whether that is extra detail, a bigger service list or several locations, we quote it on a call and put the number in writing before anything begins. A round of revisions means one consolidated set of changes across the whole site, not one change. Send everything you want altered in one go and it counts once. Anything we got wrong against the brief is fixed without using a round.

The site lives on our platform, so the $39 is what keeps it up. Stop paying and the site comes down, though we will hand over the code. If you would rather host elsewhere from the start, say so on the call and we will tell you what you would lose, which is mainly the direct connection to your CRM and how quickly we can change things.
